Prairie Path

The rolling prairies are a stark beauty next to the rising mountain ranges above them.  There are antelope, white-tail deer, mule deer throughout the year in different phases of seasons.  The wildflowers are amazing in the Spring!  This particular path is a walk we take behind our house that goes up into the quiet rolling prairies, unpopulated by people.  It is so peaceful.

This painting was used as the cover of a book my husband wrote, "Enoch's Journey".  A great read of American history and adventure.
